How to Reset Your Password

 

If you’ve forgotten your Gain Compliance password or simply want to update it for security, you can easily reset it through our login page.


Resetting a Forgotten Password

  1. Go to the Login Page
    Navigate to app.gaincompliance.com and click Forgot Password? beneath the login form.

  2. Enter Your Email Address
    Provide the email address associated with your Gain Compliance account, then click Send Reset Link.

  3. Check Your Email
    Look for an email from support@gaincompliance.com with the subject line “Password Reset Request.”

    • If you don’t see it after a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folders.

    • If the email never arrives, confirm that you entered the correct email address.

  4. Click the Reset Link
    Open the email and click the secure password reset link. This will take you to a page where you can create a new password.

  5. Create a New Password
    Enter your new password and confirm it. Make sure it’s strong—using a mix of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

  6. Log Back In
    Once your password is updated, return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.


Updating Your Password While Logged In

If you know your current password and simply want to change it:

  1. Sign in to your Gain Compliance account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings > Security.

  4. Choose Change Password and follow the prompts.


Troubleshooting

  • No Reset Email? Check your spam folder and verify you’re using the email tied to your account.

  • Link Expired? Password reset links are valid for a limited time. If expired, repeat the reset process.
